Krishnamurti Foundation India (KFI)
The Challenge
KFI was heavily dependent on Amazon for traffic, driving ad clicks without proper purchase tracking. This setup reduced overall profit margins through hefty commission fees and severely limited customer data ownership for retargeting and future marketing campaigns.
Without clear attribution or an owned conversion ecosystem, scaling ad spend predictably while maintaining profitability was a major bottleneck.
The Approach
Shift to Owned Traffic
Redirected paid traffic to KFI's primary website to protect margins and build a first-party customer database.
Tracking Infrastructure
Implemented robust GTM, GA4, Google Ads, and Meta tracking with dedicated conversion confirmation pages for precise attribution.
Multi-Channel Scaling
Scaled Google PMax, Merchant Center feeds, and Meta ads, while optimizing Amazon listings to maximize efficiency.
The Results
By shifting to owned traffic and fixing end-to-end conversion tracking, KFI increased website orders 1.5× and doubled website revenue. Advertised products surged from 3–4 weekly sales to 20–30 sales each. The campaigns consistently generated 50 monthly conversions on Google Ads and achieved a 10×+ ROAS on Amazon, saving 30% in commission fees while establishing predictable paid media growth.
